Delivery
We deliver across the United Arab Emirates using temperature-controlled, cold-chain logistics to protect product quality. Delivery times and windows are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control. Please ensure someone is available to receive and promptly store your order, as our products are perishable and time-sensitive.
Quality and returns for perishable goods
Because our products are perishable, quality concerns must be raised promptly — ideally at the point of delivery — so we can put things right quickly.
We stand behind the quality of what we supply. If you believe a product does not meet the agreed standard, please inspect your order on arrival and notify us as soon as possible, with details and, where helpful, photographs. Owing to the nature of perishable goods, we are generally unable to accept returns of products that have left our cold chain or been stored incorrectly after delivery. Where a genuine quality issue is confirmed, we will work with you in good faith on a fair resolution, which may include replacement or credit.
